04/05/2021 | Sara McLean |
Our 2021 Color+Design trends report released just last fall, but we decided to start reviewing our forecasts now to see which trends are alreadycoming to fruition. What we found were several themes already in play,as wellas many others on the horizon:
The popularity of desert hues continues to move forward. From rosy tans to spicy oranges, these nature-based colors come alive and provide a wealth of inspiration.
Emerging Brown Influence
As a nod to the increased popularity of warmer hues, browns ranging from light beiges to deep chocolate emerge throughout interiors and fashion this spring, providing a subtle key to its importance in the years ahead.

Deep,Dark and Moody Hues
In the last few years,we’ve fallen in love with the intensity of mysterious, opulent colors, and all indicators prove that this trend is not going anywhere.Resonating coziness and warmth,as well as drama and mysticism, this full range of lush hues continues to enchant us all.

As the pandemic continues,we find that bright, cheerful colors are increasingly highlighted in fashion, interiors and public spaces,as well as in sportwear and outdoor gear. These lighter, fresher hues encourage positive
feelings of hope and happiness.
