Which account is right for you?
Dunn-Edwards offers purchasing account options to meet your needs. The first step is to establish a professional account through a credit check process. A Credit Associate will guide you through this process and help you choose the type of purchasing account, charge or cash. Read below to learn more.
Dunn-Edwards offers three types of charge accounts:
1- General account for all paint and supply purchases
2- Job accounts for project-related purchases.
3- Installment accounts for equipment and large sundry purchases
You will be billed according to our standard payment terms, 2%15 Net End of Month, as outlined in our Terms of Sale.
When your selected charge account(s) opens, you will have a Credit Associate dedicated to you and your account. You can get convenient online access to all of your account information – purchase history, statements and account balances – whenever you need it and can make online payments in a few easy steps.
Pay as you go – by cash, credit card or check for paints and supplies for all of your professional account needs at your local Dunn-Edwards store. You can conveniently order paints and supplies directly through your online web account and pay online or in the store.
Access your secure web account with your unique username and password here. Once you log in, click “Purchasing Account” from the menu on the left and then click the job number of the account you want to pay. From there, click the “Make Payment” tab and follow the user-friendly directions.
You can choose to pay your entire balance, your most recent statement, a selection of invoices or an arbitrary amount. If you want to pay a previous statement, you can filter invoices up to a given date and pay only those. The site accepts credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card) and ACH using your bank account information.
Payments made toward a purchasing account are immediately reflected in the account holder’s balance; although, it may take one or two days for the amount to fully process and be deducted from the credit card or bank account.
Provide your unique account number to any sales associate at your local Dunn-Edwards store to pay as you go or pay towards your account – by cash, credit card or check.
If your organization has the option to send ACH transfer directly to Dunn-Edwards, contact our credit associate for routing details.

Prompt Pay Discount
Take advantage our of our 2% Prompt Pay Discount (2NEM). Charge account holders, in good standing, who pay by the 15th of each month are eligible to receive this discount
2NEM (2%15 Net End of Month) is calculated as follows: 2% cash discount allowed, if paid by the15th of the month, net amount due end of the month, following purchase. Billing date is the end of each month. This is not a revolving account. The entire balance is due according to terms. Balances not paid by the net due date are past due and will be accessed interest at a rate of 1.5% per month, 18% APR.
For example, purchases made from March 1, 2013 through March 31, 2013:

|The net amount of payment (the amount due without the 2% discount) is due on:||April 30|
|Balances not paid by the net due date are past due and will be accessed interest at a rate of 1.5% per month starting:||May 5|

Quick Credit Program
Secure up to $500 in credit for a new accounts on same day basis, especially useful for your first order.
Requires completed account application to be submitted before 2:00PM PST to email@example.com and to pass standard credit screenings.
Installment Financing Plan
Want to buy spray equipment or sundries in large quantities in order to take advantage of our lower pricing, but don’t want to tie up your cash flow? Dunn-Edwards offers three equipment financing plans for charge accounts in good standing.

*Each financing plan requires Dunn-Edwards Credit Department Approval and may require a down payment. Cash customers must submit a New Account Application to be processed before a decision can be made.
