Dunn-Edwards Introduces Ultra-Grip^® Select Interior/Exterior Multi-Surface Primer

LOS ANGELES (September 12, 2012) Dunn-Edwards Paints^® has introduced a new multi-surface primer called Ultra-Grip^® Select. This new primer exhibits outstanding adhesion to multiple surfaces such as drywall, wood, masonry, as well as those hard-to-stick surfaces such as aluminum and galvanized metal.

“During testing, we found that Ultra-Grip^® Select outperformed competitive premium products in adhesion, enamel holdout and stain resistance," said Dave Heiligenthal, product manager. “With this exceptional new primer, we are better able to meet the needs of the demanding commercial construction market, as well as residential projects," adds Heiligenthal.

Ultra-Grip^® Select Multi-Surface Primer is available in one- and five-gallon containers. It has ultra-low VOC, at 45 grams per liter, and has very low odor both during and after application. Ultra-Grip^® Select is easy to apply, dries fast and is compatible with all Dunn-Edwards latex and alkyd finishes.
