The Year of the Horse, Vegas Style

In celebration of Chinese New Year, the Year of the Horse, many casinos and hotels have been transformed in Las Vegas to keep in line with good luck and prosperity. Not many places delight as much as this city of excess with such fantastical creations.
The Venetian and The Palazzo Lobby and Waterfall Atrium come alive with eight hand-painted sculpted horses and a sculpted lamb. Surrounding this display are Chinese lanterns, bamboo towers and other lucky coins.
The Conservatory and Botanical Gardens at The Bellagio come alive with gorgeous details at every turn. From the awe-inspiring sculpture of horses to the money tree, the attention to detail is extraordinary. Details include pagodas, children created from flowers, ponds and Chinese lanterns.
The Wynn Las Vegas focused on flora and fauna to create a carnival-like atmosphere. From a flower-encrusted carousel and hot-air balloon to an evening light show, Chinese New Year dazzled the senses.
