Notes: Welcome to the Woodlands Paint color library. The color scheme assigned to your home is available on our community’s web page woodlands91355.com and available at PMP’s office. To give homeowners more options we have worked with Dunn Edwards to provide the approved paint colors for our community. Any changes to the exterior colors of your home must receive approval from your ARC. To begin this process, you will need to establish if your home is a Monterey or Santa Barbara style home. Monterey homes have beige or grey roofs and porch like balconies that are a lighter contrast to the stucco. Santa Barbara homes have red or brick looking roofs with darker tone colors for the trim, corbels, shutters, and garages. Once you have determined your style of home you can proceed to the drop down and select Santa Barbara or Monterey. Browse the following approved paint colors to maintain the aesthetic appeal of our community and ensure that all our homes are in compliance with the established guidelines. All our colors have a LVR rating of 86 or less.
