COLOR CHOICES - San Ignacio Vistas:

Notes: IMPORTANT: With prior approval a homeowner can make application to use colors from other palettes for their trim and accent. Because of the expanded choices, it is a requirement that homeowners complete an application for painting and submit it to the Architectural Committee to obtain approval prior to painting. Because colors shown on monitors are not accurate, it is strongly suggested that you order paint chips from this website or borrow the color palette book from your HOA Secretary prior to making a final decision on colors.

ACCENT & TRIM - San Ignacio Vistas:

Notes: DEFINITIONS: ACCENT is only to be used on items such as security doors/metal doors, gates and railings. TRIM is defined as: 1) existing roofline trim 2) gutters attached to the roofline trim 3) window bump outs 4) garage bump outs 5) column bump outs 6) wall bump outs 7) exterior wall chair rail and 8) the back wall of niches and the flat wall around recessed windows, but not the top, sides and bottom shelf of the niche or recessed window. These areas of the niche or recessed window are to be painted the stucco or main body color.

Notes: If your home is mostly brick, the garage door, as well as items mounted on the brick, (i.e. utility boxes and downspouts) shall be painted using one of the colors from Scheme 11
