Notes: Homes must have a contrasting trim, either lighter or darker. Trim cannot be painted the same color as the body of the house. Choice must be approved by the HOA Architectural Committee as no two consecutive homes may have the same exact color schemes. HOA is no longer responsible for painting the fronts of the houses but will maintain the painting of the exterior walls, which will remain consistent throughout the community. **We also have approved custom metal gates, either painted or in bronze finish. Each must be approved by the HOA Architectural Committee. Standard features should include vertical bars and ornamentation that goes with the Mission Santa Fe theme. Please submit request with picture and color/finish. **We have also approved Home Address Plate replacement. All changes must be submitted to the HOA Architectural Committee for approval with picture, size of numbers and color/finish.
