Accent Color (Optional): All accent colors will be evaluated on a case by case basis taking into consideration the entire color scheme of the house. Keep in mind that an accent color must be a complementary color, not a contrasting color. However, you may choose your own combination of base and trim colors from the Heritage Palms paint palette book. A Trim Only color can only be used for a trim.
