Notes: *These schemes are only to be used to repaint a house if it is currently painted the same schemes Level 1 is to be used on the Body and Level 2 on Trim: Pop-outs and Fascia Garage doors and the Front door may be either Level 1 or 2 in the same Scheme.Palette 1- Schemes may not be mixed. Code Information
  • Alkali-Sensitive: Colors that are more likely to fade early when used on highly alkaline surfaces, such as new masonry.
  • Interior Use Only: Colors with a low resistance to the sun’s ultraviolet (UV) rays, causing them to fade.
  • Low Hide: Colors that are more transparent and may require multiple coats.
  • Historic: Colors that are historically accurate.
