Notes: *Architectural Control Committee (ACC) approval is required only if you are changing your existing house and/or trim color. Actual color samples are required if brand other than Dunn Edwards is to be used. Garage doors are typically to be painted the primary house color (doors with pop outs can be painted the house trim color, provided both are painted but it must be part of your application). Front entry doors are typically stained, but can be painted and require an application and approval. (Also see Paras 23 & 32, ACC Standards - security doors and walls and gates). All cables, pipes, conduits, boxes (e.g., junction, meters, breaker, solar inverters), roof flashing, drip edges, vents, etc., attached to the house must be painted the same color as the house, roof or trim behind them.
