“Of all the brands we use,” says Cena, “we have a 100% success rate with Dunn-Edwards because of the level of service they provide.” As an example, Cena cites the recently completed Creekside Marketplace. The highly visible 248,000- sq. ft. shopping center is owned by the City of San Marcos.

“As a public works project, it required a high level of attention to detail for the scope. Dunn-Edwards really stepped up to the plate and put together the complete package. No detail was left out. That included over 20 colors choices—some referenced from tile colors that had to be matched. Then, of course, there were the requisite drawdowns. They did it all, no problem.”
