Modernism Week is an annual event and non-profit that celebrates Mid-century modern design, architecture, art, fashion and culture.

The mission of Modernism Week is to celebrate and foster an appreciation of Mid-century architecture and design, as well as contemporary thinking in these fields, by encouraging education, preservation and sustainable modern living as represented in the greater Palm Springs area.

A breakthrough architectural and design style since its inception, Mid-century Modern balances the tension between seemingly contradicting elements, much in the same way the desert pivots between dramatic contrasts of light and dark, heat and cold, emptiness and life.

For over 95 years, Dunn-Edwards has embraced our legacy of architectural and historical preservation, and we are proud to be the official paint sponsor of Modernism Week.
