ONLINE COLOR CONSULTATION PACKAGES
STEP 1: PURCHASE YOUR PACKAGE
Getting Started
No matter how big or small your painting project, we have an online consultation package to fit your needs! Our Color Advisors will help you navigate the 2,006 Perfect Palette® colors to find just the right colors for your project.
STEP 2
Pre-Consult
The pre-consult questionnaire is a great way for our Color Advisor to get a quick project scope so your 15-minute phone consult can focus on color! Once the consult concludes, our Online Color Advisor will email you a personalized Digital Project Summary. Within 24-hours, your Curated Color Portfolio which includes product information, a gloss guide, and oversized color swatches, will be prepared by the Color Advisor and mailed to your home.
STEP 3
See It In Your Space
Testing your color is so important. Many things impact color in your space such as surrounding environment, furniture, flooring and lighting. We recommend our SampleBundle to test your color options. Includes: 3 8oz. Perfect Palette® Samplers. 1 pack of 3 SimpleSwatch sheets and 3 application tools.**
STEP 4
Visualize Your Color
Once you sample your perfect color you maybe eligible to receive up to three complimentary Color Placement Guides (one photo limitation for your exterior project). Additional Color Placement Guides (CPGs) are available for purchase*. If a CPG is recommended by the Online consultant, please note that they will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours.** Some packages include CPGs while others do not. Discuss with your Online Color Advisor if you’re interested to learn more.
STEP 5
Get Ready To Paint
Remember, we are here to help with more than finding the perfect color for your project. We are happy to help with paint and gloss recommendations for your project as well. With the purchase of any of our online packages, you will automatically receive 20% off the following UltraPremium Paints online: SUPREMA, EVEREST, ARISTOSHIELD & EVERSHIELD. Only redeemable through our online shop. Offer valid as a one time use per customer. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer code at check out. Some packages include an eGift Card.

Color Disclaimer
Note the CPGs are a digital representation of color and are produced as accurately as possible, however there are some display variations from screen to screen. Actual paint color depends on many factors including sheen, lighting, and adjacent colors.
***Dunn-Edwards Paints reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to provide In-Home Color Advisor Services for a customer under any circumstances. In the event of such refusal, the customer shall be offered a refund, along with the opportunity to meet with a consultant on company premises, if the customer so elects.
