Dunn-Edwards is committed to helping contractors grow and maintain their business. With that in mind, we have made taking care of day-to-day tasks even easier with the introduction our new online payment option. Now, in a few easy steps, credit account holders can make payments on their purchasing accounts right on the Dunn-Edwards website!

To use the service, you must have both a website account and a purchasing account with credit approval. In addition, the purchasing account needs to be either activated or linked to the website account.

The process is simple. Just log on to and click on the “My Account” tab at the top of the page. Once you log in, click “Purchasing Account” from the menu on the left and then click the number of the account you want to pay. From there, click the “Make Payment” tab and follow the user-friendly directions.

You can choose to pay your entire balance, your most recent statement, a selection of invoices or an arbitrary amount. If you want to pay a previous statement, you can filter invoices up to a given date and pay only those. The site accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. You can also pay by bank account (ACH), and the money will come directly out of your account.

Payments made toward a purchasing account are immediately reflected in the account holder’s balance; although, it may take one or two days for the amount to fully process and be deducted from the credit card or bank account.

In addition to making online payments, you can view your current balance, statements (up to two years prior) and payment history, as well as manage approved purchasers and add/edit users.
