To Our Valued Customers
At Dunn-Edwards, we are focused on protecting the safety and well-being of our employees, customers, and communities. Our Management Teams are carefully monitoring our business during this unprecedented time so that we can continue to serve and fulfill your needs, while continuing efforts to safeguard the health and safety of our communities.
Dunn-Edwards understands you have ongoing or future painting projects that need to be completed. Our stores remain open for business, and we are complying with all current and future federal, state and local authorities’ directives on shelter-in-place guidelines and any other guidelines impacting our operations. We are doing our best to remain flexible and will update you with changes, as they occur.
Although overall supplies of everyday paint products and sundries are in good shape, the availability of some items has been challenging. Our Manufacturing and Purchasing teams are communicating with our suppliers, adapting to changing conditions, and developing contingency plans to maintain inventories. We understand the inconvenience this may cause with your projects; however, we remain committed to our mission of supplying the products you need.
Will-Call & Delivery Services
We do provide some alternative means of placing orders for you to consider during this challenging period. Here are some options for ordering paints and supplies:
- Will Call & Delivery Service – Place orders by email, calling your sales representative, or by contacting a store. We will have your order ready for pick up at the store or schedule a job site delivery.
- Online Ordering – For customers with a Dunn-Edwards Credit Account, consider placing an order online. Our website is available 24/7 and you will find a full range of Dunn-Edwards paints and everyday supplies available for Will Call Orders only.
We appreciate your patience and support. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to your local Dunn-Edwards representative with any needs or questions – we are here to help!
